Rob has more than 15 years of project management, strategic thinking, and creative leadership experience in the development of innovative training and marketing programs for a wide variety of leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Prior to joining Critical Thinking Co., Rob held roles with increasing responsibility in corporate, agency, and academic settings. Rob has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Rob began his career with Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative and then worked in the home office as a sales training manager. In this role, Rob was responsible for new hire and advanced representative training, as well as marketing support in four therapeutic areas. Rob was also responsible for district manager training, specialty and contract sales force integration, and new product introductions.
