Today I am sharing a powerful episode that is shining a light on something that a lot of people miss. When we are practicing embodying a different level and energy and we are calling in more, a lot of stuff can come up around the mind.

Our mind can either be harnessed and help us on that journey of calling our desires in or it can hinder us and stop our desires coming in all together.

• When you are struggling with your mean mind, you don’t realise, you just think it is truth and that is why being held by a coach is so powerful
