After a delightful summer break we are going to be back bringing you all things health - and in this season we're kickin' old school - well back to where we began by refocusing on nutrition - specifically as it relates to those love 'em or hate 'em macronutrients, training in a way that will help you avoid or at least be aware of why you might be seeing less progress than you would like and other things that will help you make choices that help you get the most out of the effort you put into being healthy.  Hope you'll join the crew as Heather, Nicole, Jeremy and me, your host, Charissa McKay offer you up our selection of interesting topics that will hopefully push you out of your comfort zone...just a little.
