Weekly Meal Plan:

Monday - Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Tuesday- Teriyaki Chicken (Easy 15 Minute Meal)

Wednesday- Oven Baked Chili Dogs

Thursday - Beef Stir Fry With Noodles

Friday -Pita Pizzas

Saturday - Grands Mini Pot Pies (only 5 ingredients)

Sunday - Easy Indian Butter Chicken

 

Monthly Meal Planning Strategy:

  1. Make a list for the number of days in the week
  2. Write the capital letter of each day of the week that corresponds with the date
  3. Take out your agenda and pencil in activities
  4. Grab your favorite 30 meal list and rotate proteins, pencil in meals on the list above
  5. Create a shopping list, crossing off what you have
