John Sherbert is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Master Sergeant with over 20 years of Special Operations experience having served with 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, and 7th Special Forces Group, at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School as a Special Forces Urban Combat Course instructor, Unconventional Warfare Instructor, and 4 years as a sworn NC Law Enforcement Officer serving as an assaulter and sniper with the Department's Emergency Response Team. He's now the Training Director/Range Manager. He joined Robert and Zack on this episode to talk about his past and the lessons he shares with others today.
