Drew and Coach B discuss how seeking adversity can actually be super rewarding, like a workout for your mental muscles. Similar to lifting weights or running sprints, facing challenges can help you grow stronger and more resilient. Coach B reinforces the fact that it is about our perception of stress and reminds us that “No growth happens in the state of comfort.” When we conquer our battles of adversity, the feeling of accomplishment is out of this world. Don't be afraid to seek out adversity; it may be the key to unlocking your full potential!
