Paul graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
He spent 18 years as a Metrologist working in the Primary Standards Laboratory at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.
In 2012, he left the aerospace world and joined the pharmaceutical industry where he currently manages the Standards & Calibration Laboratory at Abbvie in North Chicago.
He has published numerous papers on Measurement Decision Risk and contributed to the development of the ANSI Z540.3 Handbook and the ISO 17025 Handbook.
