Serena Reynell of Somatics with Serena stepped out from her corporate background after burnout and found her passion. As the Founder of Somatics with Serena, she helps individuals and teams overcome personal and professional blocks through somatic coaching therapy.
Her work focuses on enhancing well-being, reducing stress and burnout, and fostering resilience—whether for individuals or within corporate environments.
After leaving her corporate role she spent time out in Ibiza and had a taste of energy healing and was hooked, she wanted to find out more.
Serena felt something within her and completely retrained.
