Narrative isn’t spin. It isn’t messaging. And it isn’t persuasion.
It’s the official story that defines reality, early enough that alternatives never fully form.
In this episode of Midweek Sitrep, Jerry examines narrative as one of the most powerful, and least understood, pillars of power. Not as media bias or influence campaigns, but as infrastructure: the environment that shapes what feels legitimate, reasonable, and possible before decisions are ever made.
Jerry breaks down how narrative functions in modern systems of power, how platforms and corporations shape narrative environments, why TikTok became a national security issue, and what this shift means for businesses, compliance, and governance.
This episode isn’t about changing minds. It’s about understanding how reality gets defined.
Narrative power doesn’t tell you what to do — it decides which options exist before you react.
