Description

Once I removed the physical clutter and calendar clutter that was no longer serving me, I was left with my thoughts. We can’t control our thoughts and according to research we have 12,000-16,000 of them a day. But the issue is that 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive - in other words, they are the negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, “shoulds”, and to-do’s swirling around in our brain.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing my simple four-step plan to master your mental clutter, so you can stop feeling scattered and distracted in your life and motherhood.
