US drugmakers lifted the S&P 500 to a new high overnight, with news of a deal between Pfizer and the government, that benefited the whole sector. That compared to gains in cryptocurrency stocks and ETFs as Bitcoin, Ethereum and others continue their rapid climb since Friday.
