US markets were flat overnight, but small cap stocks rocketed up again. Moomoo's Michael McCarthy says it's a possible sign of a bull market about to end. But maybe not for Australian data centres, which are a sector increasingly critical to the economy, GDP growth, and a supply chain of local companies.
