My guest for today is Dina Moench. Dina has an extraordinary tale. What started as a spiritual awakening for her led her to a series of stays in different mental health facilities. Dina knew that she was just deepening her connection to God, but others around her felt that she was losing her grip on reality. Dina remained strong and faithful in her beliefs and convictions. Her journey led her to realize that many people who go through a spiritual awakening are often diagnosed with a mental disorder. Her eyes were also opened to the mistreatment of patients in mental facilities.
