Today I’m talking to you about how emotions that are not dealt with can manifest into physical illnesses. Those emotions that we don’t deal with get stuffed down, and then they in turn lower our immune system’s functioning, which then leads to physical manifestations of our emotions. I am seeing so many people experience health problems, and I know that underlying emotions are the culprit. It’s time to start dealing with your feelings before they deal with you.
