What does it mean to get out of your head? Those of us who are lucky enough to be highly sensitive to energy understand that the energy all around us affects our every day lives. In fact, we pick up a lot of sensory information. It takes our brains a long time to process that. So, we end up spending much of our time in our heads. The problem with that is when we start over thinking, allowing fear to come in, and we don't live fully in the present moment. When we go to future events, we can become overwhelmed with the "What ifs" of life, which causes us anxiety. When we dwell on the past, we can become bogged down in guilt and shame. The only way to truly live in peace is to live from a place of heart centeredness. When you get into your heart space, you truly connect to your higher self, which is your true self. This brings inner peace, clarity, and joy. Today I tell you how to get out of your head and into your heart so that you can start living a more joy filled life. A life that is true to you where peace abounds.
