Stephenie Zamora is a life coach, creator of the podcast "Tales From the Journey, and the author of the book "Unraveled." Today she talks to us about her method to helping others find their purpose. She highlights her own personal story and how she used what she has been through to help others heal. She was a young graphic designer who fresh out of school began to build a successful company. After a terrible tragedy, she fell into a deep depression and lost everything. She was at rock bottom, but she learned how to pull herself back up again, and now she is helping others do the same.
