In part three, Dilly focuses on keeping herself safe after the drive-by, and keeping the GAP detectives close, still unsure if they had anything to do with the strike. She then learns that the FBI is ready to swoop in at any moment and she will have to work as fast as she can if she wants control of the investigation. Meanwhile Girardi rallies his troops and decides to pay a surprise visit to one of the most powerful gang leaders and make a plea for a joint attack in one last effort to maintain peace.
