When we start working with a company, we almost always start in the same place: finding where the distrust is in the leadership team.
And the distrust is pretty much always there. If an organization wants to change and it’s not happening, that is almost certainly because there is some kind of disconnect in the leadership team. And if we don’t address this root problem first, treating the symptoms won’t help the organization in the long-term.
