The Harrison Assessment is a tool that we use to map out the culture of a team. It is based on Paradox theory which states two traits that seem to be opposite of each other actually support each other and can balance each other.

The assessment report presents 12 paradoxes and maps out where an individual or team falls within each paradox.

In this conversation, we are covering the Organization Paradox, and the two traits it measures are Organized and Flexible.
