Jesus had no problem befriending tax collectors and prostitutes. He went to their parties, dined at their tables, and was associated with drunks and gluttons. But something wore on Him to the point that He exclaims, "How long am I to bear with you?!" It caused him to survey the landscape of the culture around Him and call it a 'twisted generation'. You might look around today and think the very same thing about our own culture. What turns a people into a 'twisted generation'? And how can we keep ourselves from such a fate?
