Ann outlines what the FSB is, what it does and why it has a very relevant role to play in the promotion of dispute resolution services to SMEs. We discuss a major issue for SMEs right now - late payments - and I explain how mediation can help to keep businesses involved trading and working together. They also discuss mandatory mediation, legal expenses cover and the energy and cost of living crisis.
