Episode Summary:
In this episode of No Dusty Bibles, we explore Leviticus 25-26, where God introduces Sabbath rest, the Year of Jubilee, and the blessings of obedience. These chapters remind us that God’s timing, provision, and faithfulness never fail—and when we trust Him fully, He provides everything we need. Join us as we discuss how to surrender control, walk in obedience, and rest in God’s perfect plan for our lives.
Many of us struggle with letting go of control—whether it’s over our finances, future plans, or daily responsibilities. The Israelites faced a similar challenge: every seven years, they had to stop farming their land and trust God to provide. Imagine the faith that required!
The Year of Jubilee was even more radical—it meant releasing debts, setting slaves free, and restoring what had been lost. Why? Because God wanted His people to know that their security came from Him, not their own efforts.
And the same is true for us today. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” When we put God first, He takes care of the rest.
So today, let’s stop striving and start trusting. Let’s surrender our plans, embrace His timing, and rest in His faithfulness.
Thank you for joining me today on No Dusty Bibles! God’s provision is always enough, His timing is always perfect, and His blessings come when we trust Him fully.
Next week, we’ll wrap up Leviticus 27 and transition into Numbers, where we’ll see how God leads His people through the wilderness.
Until then, keep your faith strong, your heart surrendered, and your Bible open. See you next time!
