This episode, Part 2 of our three-part series on menopause, highlights the growing movement of women speaking up about the stigma surrounding this natural yet often misunderstood phase of life. Through sharing their personal stories, Shani, Tamsen and Stephanie provide invaluable insights and inspire women everywhere to join this movement, seek proper care, and reclaim their health and well-being.
