On our seventh episode we have Dr. Izabel Olson. In this episode Izabel will first share with us her story and then how and through her story she developed her passions for both yoga and helping youth and women combat human trafficking through her organization, Salt & Light Coalition. Salt & Light Coalition is a grassroots movement that mobilizes individuals and organizations to heal, educate, and empower youth and women in the fight against slavery.
