Proverbs 17:22 says, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
A crushed spirit can move us away from joy and affect us physically, but a joyful heart will live in the blessing. We must be joyful in every situation, even when it is going badly - count it all joy!
