-Mark Kelley is a US Army Combat veteran and 28 year major city Law Enforcement Officer. Mark turned his military, tactical officer, and dignitary protection team leader experience into Kelley Defense. Mark has trained Military, Tactical Operators, Law Enforcement and civilians.
