The easiest and most effective meditations are often the simplest ones. I wanted to go back to the simplicity of focusing on the breath for this meditation. This will help you train your mind to focus as well as become the observer of your thoughts. Meditation at it's core reveals your deeper truth when you start to step back and disassociate from your thought process.
This is perfect for beginners and for those that meditate regularly who want to spend 10 minutes connecting with the breath to strengthen their practise and experience their calmer, more grounded version of themselves too.
