Tierra is a Communications Coordinator at SC First steps. Tierra is a marketing and communications professional with healthcare, nonprofit, and government agency experience. She enjoys being a resource to others by simplifying information into comprehensive formats. She’s also very passionate about health literacy and women's health, and especially Black maternal health.
