We share the feedback by PEN-CP research partners on “a Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament and to the Council: Towards a stronger and more resilient Schengen Area” (Ares(2021)223040). The focus is on “not to complicate the travel of personnel engaged in the carriage of goods”.
