The Fika Crew invites Michelle D. Lazarus, Ph.D. - Associate Professor of Anatomy and Developmental Biology at Monash University and Author of The Uncertainty Effect: How to Survive and Thrive Through the Unexpected - to talk about tolerance of uncertainty.  Our lives are filled with uncertainty.  Healthcare decisions are filled with uncertainty.  The outcomes of our teaching are uncertain.  With empathetic support, intellectual candor, and a psychologically safe environment, we can model the way to being OK with uncertainty.
