Brad McMillan is the Executive Director of the Institute for Principled Leadership in Public Service at Bradley University. He is also the co-chairman of CHANGE Illinois, which advocates for fair redistricting processes at the state level. We discuss his work in these areas, including his idea of a “moderate majority”.
