1) Product Spotlight: Our Heaviest Tank Set
- Product: 10,500 SAFE-Tank
- Weight at 1.9 SG: ~10,000 lbs (as listed on the website)
- Weight at 2.2 SG: ~12,200 lbs (full set)
Important handling note:
- At 2.2 SG, the set weight can exceed the working load limits of many common crane straps and off-loading rigging.
- Action: If your order specifies heavy SAFE-Tanks, confirm all lift/rigging gear is rated appropriately and brief the off-loading team.
Need guidance on rigging or handling? Contact your frontline representative. Poly Processing strongly recommends using a licensed and experienced construction rigger to offload and set the tanks safely.
2) Customer Financing: Leasing Options You Can Offer
Many customers prefer to expense tanks monthly instead of using capital budgets. Consider partnering with an equipment leasing company (local or national) to package tanks into a monthly payment.
How it works:
- Distributor is paid upfront; Poly Processing is paid as usual.
- Leasing company bills the customer monthly.
- Position it similar to “bundled” chemical contracts that include tanks/pumps within a monthly price.
Benefits:
- Removes capital hurdles
- Simplifies approvals
- Helps win competitive deals
3) Extended Service Plans: Keep the Margin, Meet the Need
Our warranty:
- Industry-leading 5-year full replacement (not prorated)
Some customers ask for 7–10 years of coverage. Poly Processing does not extend beyond the current warranty; however, distributors may sell an extended service plan.
How to structure it:
- Price against a conservative “worst-case” scenario in years 6–10
- Consider help from Poly Processing on replacements at cost in rare cases
- Validate installation practices—installer responsibility can apply
- Most manufacturer defects present within the first few years
Pro tips:
- Consult an attorney to draft your plan terms
- Keep it simple and clear: coverage window, what’s included/excluded, claim process
- Treat the premium as additional profit in most outcomes
4) Quote Booster: Win When You’re Being Shopped

6) Monday.com: Your Live Project Board
Some distributors use it actively; others haven’t onboarded yet. monday.com provides:
- Visibility into drawing approvals
- Purchase order status
- Sales opportunities shared by your Regional Manager
- Early access to drafting drawings (often before they’re formally sent)
