The tagline for the subject of today’s review, Malignant, calls it a “new vision in terror.” And well, let’s just say after viewing this movie, we both agree that may be the understatement of the millennium. James Wan’s vision for this movie makes it a very different entry into the horror genre and, because of that, we decide to do a very different review today. In this episode, we break down all of the good and bad in Malignant and discuss the prevalence and effect of self-aware films.
