From the very beginning of trying to improve at climbing, we’re told one thing: Work on your weaknesses.
I’ve probably said this a million times myself. But I’ve also paid attention to what happens as a result of that type of instruction. And what happens is: we end up in this constant cycle of trying to determine what our weaknesses are and fix them.
But there's a big problem with this line of thinking...
