Carmen is joined today by Maddie Randle. Maddie shares about how the IBSA cohorts she has participated in have helped her to grow. She shares how she has gained friendships and community as well as valuable leadership tools that she still uses everyday. IBSA will begin offering a variety of cohorts along with the Edge Courses starting in June.
