For most of us Processing Emotions comes through the avenue of shopping, eating, video games, drugs & alcohol anything other than the actual processing. We have created this defence mechanism through these distractions, that have us avoid Processing Emotions because we have never been taught how to actually move through the Emotion. As a human who knows all about Trauma and Emotions, let me share with you how I moved through all of mine to Live in the Present moment with Love and Understanding as I know YOU can do this too.
