Effective elder teams embrace values that foster unity and fruitfulness: prioritizing teamwork over individual agendas, building trust through integrity and accountability, leading with humility and a servant’s heart, grounding decisions in Scripture and prayerful discernment, and remaining attentive to the cultural realities shaping their ministry context. Together, these values enable elder teams to lead with wisdom, joy, and faithfulness.
