Want to do something about the evil in the world? Love your enemies.
Yep. That's what Jesus did, and he calls us to do the same. "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink."
This is impossible to do by sheer willpower - but we don't do it in our own strength! God gives us the Holy Spirit to enable us. We NEED the Holy Spirit to change our hearts and minds and enable us to love our enemies, to wish them well, to pray for them, and to help them.
Listen to today's episode as we meditate on what God says about our enemies, and how God is just and he will deal with evil in the end. That's not our job. How freeing. We get to spread love in the world by loving our enemies. Our passage today is Romans 12:19-21.
