She specializes in helping entrepreneurial leaders clarify their vision, gain traction, and build unified leadership teams using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).
Since becoming a Certified EOS Implementer in 2014, Jill has facilitated over 750 EOS sessions, helping leadership teams strengthen accountability, improve communication, and accelerate growth.
Earlier in her career, Jill held leadership roles in HR, professional training, and for-profit education. Before implementing EOS full-time, she served as president of a forward-thinking CPA firm focused on business solutions.
Jill is also the author of three books:
