When we are going along in our mental health journey, a lot of the time, it’s easy to think those dark thoughts when you’re wondering about your self worth.
“Am I good enough?”
“Why can’t I just be good at the things I try?”
“Why do I keep making mistakes?”
And so many more…
It’s difficult to remember to just appreciate the effort that we put in to ourselves and the work that we do that benefits the world around us.
