Lately, a lot of people feel tired, foggy, and unmotivated — especially in the winter. I recently talked with my best friend about how we’re both 30 and feeling “off” in the mornings, and it led to a bigger realization: maybe the problem isn’t us. In this episode, I talk about why scrolling might be the new smoking, how winter and overstimulation quietly drain our energy, and why January isn’t a time for extreme self-improvement — it’s a time for awareness, maintenance, and mental health. This is an honest conversation about burnout, dopamine, discipline, and learning to work with your nervous system instead of fighting it.
