In the introduction to his famous teaching on the reality of the Kingdom of Heaven, Jesus begins by teaching who is blessed (Matt. 5:3–10). When we walk through life and experience all of its trials and tribulations, it's easy to believe that God's blessing has left us. But the reality of the Kingdom is different, and God's blessing does not leave us when the world turns against us.
