Poker player and gambling author Mason Malmuth joins us once again to discuss his new book, Cardrooms: Everything Bad and How to Make Them Better. We talk about the importance of the proper balance between luck and skill in poker, how poker managers can promote the game, and what can players do to sustain the profitability of the game.

In his 34 years as a full-time gambler and gambling writer, Mason has co-authored 15 other books. Mason’s publishing company Two Plus Two LLC has sold over two million books on gambling. Two Plus Two has published over three dozen books on poker, written by some of the biggest names in the field.
