Description

Tommy Angelo is the author of several books including Painless Poker and Dailyness. Tommy is one of the first people to become a poker coach in a modern sense. He coached some big names early on in their careers. Tommy’s been playing poker professionally for about 30 years, so he has a wealth of experience to share with us. We talk about establishing good habits and routines, work-life balance in poker, similarities, and differences between live and online poker, handling your emotions, dealing with down-swings, mindfulness in poker and so much more.
