In Epsiode 4 we hear how Damian has done in his recent races from cross-country to indoor. We discuss the races he is targeting in the upcoming months. There is random football chat and Richard fills us in on his own training.
This series will follow Damian as he targets competing in the 3000m steeplecahse at European Masters Championships being held in Madeira during October 2025. Richard of ‘Easy With Franzese’ fame will be along for the journey.
