I started this podcast about two years ago because I have a mission, and that is to encourage people. It brings me so much joy when I know that I can reach out to you in this outlet and help you in your real estate journey. Because at the end of the day, what matters the most to me is that I was able to give back by inspiring others to reach their goals. Whether you've been here through the 99 or just started listening out of curiosity, I still want to give you my token of gratitude. 
 
We're celebrating this milestone with a special treat. Today we're going to take a trip down memory lane and revisit twelve previous episodes featuring some of our notable guest speakers. It's been a wild, fun, and exciting two years. This 100th mark is only the beginning, and there's still more to come.

In this episode, we get a chance to revisit these inspiring lessons:

• To truly make a difference, you have to perceive and persevere.
• You can plot your life as you grow up. Your life is just simply a whole series of events.
• There are options, dig deeper, and there is a solution. It may not be the easiest one, but there's always a solution.
• Know yourself and know your strengths and weaknesses. And be clear in focusing on a path.
• It's essential to take action, and you cannot always be perfect.
• Whatever it takes, you have to make it right.
• Bravery is not something that's behind the bush. It is inside you, and you don't need anyone to teach you to be brave.
• Don't start by trying to be someone who started 15 years ago. You have to start small.
• Even if it's going to be scary and there might be fear in the way, you can do it.
• Find a community of people that serves you. Find a community and add value to it. 
• Understand what you want, and know where real estate fits in your life.
• You can choose how you show up. It is a choice, so choose wisely every day.
