In this episode, I share a lesson I taught at an event recently with one of my mentors, Oren Klaff.  He asked me, "how can we get rid of this language of "overcoming objections?"  The answer begins with reframing who we are and getting clear about our true role, not as needy sales people, but as guides who are leading our clients to a brighter future.  In order to do this, we've got to bring two very specific gifts to the hero.
