On December 18, 1996, a groundskeeper at Pleasant Valley Memorial Park Cemetery was doing his usual morning routine when he spotted something odd in a special section of the cemetery. In the newly established "Babyland", an area dedicated to the burial of infants, there was found the body of a newly deceased woman. The worker immediately called the police and an investigation was launched. The small town of Annandale Virginia was shocked….
