With over 25 years of experience as a Leader of Leaders in the MLM space, Pam combines biblical wisdom with practical leadership principles to help women lead with confidence, courage, and clarity.
Pam is the voice behind the Engage for More podcast and the Master What Matters blog, both designed to encourage women to focus on what truly matters—and to live with intentionality, purpose, and faith. She is also the author of Saved by Grace, Now What?, as well as a creator of the Truth Journal—both crafted to help women cultivate an intimate relationship with Jesus and stay grounded in truth.
A founding member of GatHER, Pam helps bring Christian women together through women’s conferences and regional events in North Mississippi. She and her husband, Tom, reside in North Mississippi, where they enjoy life with their grown children, grandchildren, and extended family in a community centered on faith.
