Current co-host, Anuradha shares her own unique experiences as a girl scout in the 4th grade - having legally immigrated with her family to the U.S. from Kenya, only a couple years before. Regular listeners know that Anuradha is ethnically South Asian/Indian and a practicing Hindu. But her religious dietary practices apparently don’t eliminate thin mint cookies :)! As a newcomer to her adopted country, Anuradha tried many social/school activities activates to fit in. What did she think of the Girl Scouts? -- If I told you, it would be a spoiler! A MUST LISTEN!
